Transferring your mobile, broadband, or landline services to Scott Mobile is simple and stress-free. Just follow these steps to make the switch.
If you're using an eSIM, you will need to provide the ICCID number. This number can be found in your phone's settings. See the steps for different devices below:

Once you've decided to switch to Scott Mobile, we'll ensure that your current mobile number can be seamlessly transferred. Here’s how it works:
This extra layer of security ensures that only authorized transfers are made. Your number will be ported to Scott Mobile after receiving your confirmation.
We’re here to guide you through every step to ensure your transition to Scott Mobile is as smooth as possible.
Once we verify all the information, we’ll contact your current provider to begin the transfer process. If all details are correct, your services will switch over on the agreed date. A confirmation will be sent to you once the transfer is complete.
To cancel your transfer, notify us by 1 pm the day before the scheduled transfer date. For Fibre services requiring a technician, the cancellation must also be made before 1 pm the previous day.
