Switch to Scott Mobile

Transferring your mobile, broadband, or landline services to Scott Mobile is simple and stress-free. Just follow these steps to make the switch.

What You’ll Need

  • Your current provider's name.
  • Your name and contact details (you must be the authorized account holder).
  • Your account number for Pay Monthly services or SIM ID for Prepaid services.
  • ICCID number for eSIM users (found in your phone settings, see the table below for details).
  • The services you wish to transfer.
  • The preferred transfer date (keep your current provider’s notice period in mind).

ICCID Number for eSIM Users

If you're using an eSIM, you will need to provide the ICCID number. This number can be found in your phone's settings. See the steps for different devices below:

Mobile Number Porting Orders

Once you've decided to switch to Scott Mobile, we'll ensure that your current mobile number can be seamlessly transferred. Here’s how it works:

  • Once we receive your porting request, you'll receive a confirmation text from 2542.
  • Reply "YES" within 2 hours to confirm the porting request.
  • If no reply is received within the time frame, the request will be automatically canceled.
  • If you didn't request the port, simply reply "NO" or ignore the message to cancel.

This extra layer of security ensures that only authorized transfers are made. Your number will be ported to Scott Mobile after receiving your confirmation.

Important Things to Know

  • Your services must be active with your current provider for the transfer to complete.
  • You do not need to request a disconnection from your current provider—Scott Mobile will handle the process.
  • Make sure to check any early exit fees or remaining contract obligations with your current provider.
  • Once the transfer is initiated, a final bill will be sent from your previous provider.
  • For Fibre services, cancellation requests must be submitted before 1pm the day prior to the scheduled transfer date.
  • Transfer requests cannot be canceled on the day of the scheduled transfer.

What Happens Next

Once we verify all the information, we’ll contact your current provider to begin the transfer process. If all details are correct, your services will switch over on the agreed date. A confirmation will be sent to you once the transfer is complete.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your transfer, notify us by 1 pm the day before the scheduled transfer date. For Fibre services requiring a technician, the cancellation must also be made before 1 pm the previous day.
